[11:11] Wili Clip: So each month the cyber teachers collective will vote or decide who will be Director of Academ
[11:12] Wili Clip: in within all that time the HR department will evaluate and in the end decide who was the best in that role and will be offered the position for longer time.
[11:13] Wili Clip: The main job of Academy Director (and his/her assistants) will be to with help of HR Department recruit new teachers and with them organize class schedules and also promote the classes.
[11:14] Wili Clip: in my own words: To make the Cyber Academy come to life and become a vibrant social place

[11:15] Wili Clip: The lectures and lessons that Teachers can do in SL are unlimited..
[11:17] Wili Clip: Since we came out with Tier II Jobs...
[11:19] Wili Clip: The Cyber Academy is also place where you get licensed to be able to work on those jobs. Tier II jobs give much more Gold Points and workers need to finish lessons to learn how to do those jobs properly. If they don't do the jobs properly the license will be taken away and they will lose the right to work at those jobs. Tier II jobs are reserved for role players who are more advanced and more educated / trained.

[11:21] Wili Clip: There will be lectures for Teachers as well and possibility to get further educated / trained in teaching job and become licensed Teacher II

[11:23] Wili Clip: The goal is for this Cyber Academy to have a very filled schedule... so that people in SL can always find and ongoing lesson and come to learn and socialize here...
[11:24] Wili Clip: Goldtokens.NET will offer the Cyber Society facilities and departments full support at making them successful. For example the Cyber Academy and schedule and lectures will get advertised in the Second Ads  system - The largest and longest functioning Ad Network  in SL.
[11:25] Wili Clip: The goal is for Cyber Academy to offer also lessons in economy, sl business, entertainment, management and many other useful things that can drive Second Life forward and grow its quality for everyone.
