[15:06:42] Wili Clip: We've set up this training facility where players will be able to attend classes with Teachers in which they'll earn a license to be able to perform Tier II jobs
[15:07:56] Wili Clip: We will have many Teachers and a Teacher is also a Tier II job.... paying 500 GP / 5 min (max working time 1 hour a day)
[15:08:16] Wili Clip: For each job Tier II we will have a Teacher.
[15:08:32] Wili Clip: And 1 Teacher can also hold classes for multiple Tier II Jobs.
[15:09:12] Wili Clip: A Teacher will get access to the License Issuing System....
[15:09:55] Wili Clip: All the students who finish their class / training will receive a job license. A job license grants the access to the worker to perform that job.
[15:10:53] Wili Clip: Teacher is currently our highest paying job in Society... because they're important to "educate" our society so that it can perform better and be more streamlined...
[15:11:38] Wili Clip: We hope many of you will decide to become a Teacher for many of new jobs Tier II we will be creating. Together we can improve Social aspect of SL and add and grow value.
[15:12:45] Wili Clip: As a 1st Tier II job and also one we're going to use to show a concept we've selected a simple job of a greeter.

[15:13:22] Wili Clip: as you can see it on the wall on my left...  it pays 150 GP / 5 min
[15:14:17] Wili Clip: But currently no one can access it... If you click on it it tells you that you don't have a license to do this job and to schedule a training in the Cyber Academy with the proper teacher..

[15:15:10] Wili Clip: lets do a simple class that most Teachers will held on Tier 2 Jobs..
[15:16:45] Wili Clip: In those classes or we can call it job training the teacher will introduce the job rules and expectations of the worker. In short Teachers will have a presentation how to do the job properly according to ideals.

[15:17:32] Wili Clip: Its very similar to drivers license class...
[15:18:20] Wili Clip: The most important thing a Teacher needs to emphasize is that these job licenses... once they're acquired... they can be lost if the worker is not following the job rules and working according to how they have been taught.
[15:19:54] Wili Clip: We will create jobs for Job Administrators (aka Job Police) who will have ability to take away the license from those who are violating specific Tier II job rules they're working at. Teachers themselves will also have ability to take away the license...
[15:20:13] Wili Clip: Once the license is taken away the player won't be able to get the license for few months..
[15:21:49] Wili Clip: Tier II jobs are RPG jobs but they're more serious jobs... and need license ^^

[15:22:05] Wili Clip: the lessons for most jobs are going to be very easy
[15:22:49] Wili Clip: Teachers will organize their classes in their free time... its up to them if they'll hold some schedule or if they'll let the students just IM them and arrange the class ad hoc when they have time....
[15:23:35] Wili Clip: Unlike real Teachers  in RL... or real school... teaching in Cyber Academy is designed and adjusted for the needs of virtual world....

[15:25:53] Wili Clip: A greeter should know something about the place where they're working to be able to answer basic questions like what the place where they're greeting is about and what people can do there.

[15:27:36] Wili Clip: Greeters job is to greet newcomers and try to engage people in a simple conversation... but not force it...

We can do this with big numbers and creating the best possible organization in a virtual world - Cyber Society that is going to enable everyone to discover themselves, improve themselves and grow. Everyone each to their own abilities and personal limits. We're here to help each other to become best version of themselves. And the experience our role players will get here they will be able to apply in RL jobs.
